- Pizza of Dreams - will be offering delicious wood fired meat & veggie pizzas, salad, bacon rolls & garlic bread. See their website
- Strikly Vegan will be providing Ital Caribbean food including plantain porridge, salads, stews, cornmeal, tofu and veg dishes, fresh juices, fruit wines. ‘Ital’ means natural food, where only organic produce is used in recipes. The only processed food he eats is ackee, Jamaica’s national fruit, which often comes in tins, also soya tofu (not soya chunks or mince). He uses natural spelt flour, brown rice, whole meal flour. He uses coconut oil – which he makes himself and uses olive oil.
- Coffee Cab are providing us with the best Italian & Brazilian coffees, as well as hot chocolate, teas and cakes….mmmm!
