By opting to purchase tickets to Tribe of Doris Festival 2022, you automatically agree to our terms of use.

Our first priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff.

 

We are taking the utmost care to ensure that we can give you the best experience possible whilst keeping you safe in light of the current situation. This includes keeping a close eye on government guidance and restriction and seeking advice where necessary. Our Terms and Conditions include the following:

• Covid-19 Guarantee

You can book with confidence knowing that if we are required by COVID-19 government guidance or restrictions to cancel or postpone the event, you will be offered a transfer or full refund excluding booking fee. Please note, refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

 

Should you be unavailable to attend due to a positive Coronavirus test, or  you have symptoms including:

​

• A high temperature 

• A new, continuous cough

• A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste 

​

 2. Covid Policy and Roadmap

By purchasing a ticket you agree to follow our Covid procedures. These may change as the situation develops. We are working with our team and advisors to outline the roadmap towards keeping everyone safe.  Please keep an eye on our website for updates.

 

Here is a list of measures that we may include in the Covid Roadmap as and when needed:

 

Arriving On-Site

 

• Covid-19 testing conducted either before, or on arrival at the event.

• Proof of a recent negative Covid test on arrival

• Reduced numbers on site so that we can realistically manage on-site safety

• Participant use of the NHS Track & Trace App

• Traincrew and staff on Covid-19 secure procedures.

 

During the Event

 

• Increased cleaning procedures across the site

• Food & drink sold in single-use, recyclable or biodegradable containers. 

• No shared condiments, bottles, liquids, cutlery at the catering facilities.

• Increased facilities for contactless payments

• Increased size of campsite, to allow more space between tents.

• Expertly trained medical and welfare staff, who will be on-site at all times. 

• Quarantine and isolation tents and a method for safe transportation, in case of any suspected cases of infection.

• Increased ratio of toilets and showers to people

• Additional cleaning staff employed to ensure the site is disinfected and supplies of soap replenished

• Increased hand washing stations provided in every location across the event site

•  Sanitiser stations around the event site and at all key locations.

• Should you leave the site throughout the festival, you may be required to re-test upon entry. 

 

Some of the above measures will apply as and when required.

 

You should not attend the festival if you:

​

 

• believe you may be infected with COVID-19;

• have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;

• have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;

• have arrived in England in the last 10 days and need to self-isolate

• Have received a positive test

• have been instructed to self-isolate

 

Please check the latest Covid advice and restrictions that apply both internationally and in the UK, before you attend. This includes any measures that apply if you or a member of your household bubble is vulnerable. 

 

3. Refund Policy & Cancellation

 

 

• Tickets are non-refundable unless we the organisation cancel the event or unless the event is moved to another date which prohibits you from attending.  In the event of cancellation, the full value of the ticket less any booking fees, will be refunded to your original payment method. We are unable to refund to alternative accounts. 

• There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets if management alters or varies the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control.

• There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets should an event organiser subsequently offer any discount or promotion that makes tickets available at a price lower than that previously paid by any customer.

• We reserve the right to cancel any tickets we believe to have been purchased fraudulently.

• Should you be unavailable to attend, tickets can be transferred. Please note, where the event is cancelled and refunds need to be issued, refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

 

4. Data Protection and Photography

 

 

• All handling of your personal data is done in compliance with the data protection act 2018 and the general data protection regulation (GDPR)

• Our privacy policy https://www.tribeofdoris.co.uk/privacy-policy forms a part of our terms and conditions..

• By purchasing Tribe of Doris Festival 2022 tickets online and presenting them at the venue, you give your consent to Tribe of Doris to collect certain information in line with GDPR.  

• Ticket holders’ consent to filming, sound recording and photography as participants of the festival

 

5. Additional Terms and Conditions

 

• The Rules and Regulations of Stanford Halls, Tribe of Doris, and organisers for which this ticket was purchased must be adhered to.

• You are advised to check the entry times, you may be refused entry if you arrive outside of these times.  

• No pets are allowed on site.

• The event organiser, venue management and Tribe of Doris accept no responsibility for any personal property.

• Tribe of Doris does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website, any interruption, or any failure to complete a transaction.

• Please note that Tribe of Doris reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser www.tribeofdoris.co.uk. 

• You will receive your tickets in a digital format. We will not post physical tickets.

• Kindly note that Eventbrite is the sole authorised source for purchasing Tribe of Doris Festival 2022 tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

• If Tribe of Doris Festival 2022  is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Tribe of

 

 

• Doris has the sole and absolute right to:

i) reschedule the event and offer a transfer

ii) issue a full refund excluding booking fee

 

• Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Tribe of Doris cannot be, in any way, held liable.  

• All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 

• Tribe of Doris does not tolerate the use of illegal substances.

•  All of these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
