Area – Movement
A Pilates class for all ages, levels of fitness and abilities. My approach is inclusive and I pride myself on adjusting the exercises to suit the individuals within the class. Ensuring everyone can benefit from Pilates regardless of health conditions and varied levels of fitness.
Rachel is a qualified Pilates Instructor and Occuptional Therapist in Muscular Skeletal conditions and Mental Health. She believes in developing individuals’ confidence and improving their perspective on their body image, fitness and strength, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
