Pilates is the perfect way to improve flexibility, strengthen your core, mobilise the spine and leave you feeling amazing! In this class you will perform a combination of stretching and strengthening movements lead by Penny, a fully qualified and experienced mat and equipment pilates instructor and personal trainer. Using the breath and focussing on the alignment of your body this class will release tension and set you up for a great day ahead!
Penny is a qualified mat and equipment pilates instructor based in London. She has a lot of experience with rehabilitation and teaches one to one sessions and classes for a range of different ages and abilities. Penny also recently qualified as a Personal Trainer and Barre Fitness Instructor, and in her time off she works as a professional percussionist focussing on West African percussion!
