Hatha Flow Yoga with Gladey is a fluid sequence of yoga postures (Asanas) which are strung together linking breath (Prana) with movement. This is an excellent practice for freeing up energy in the body, releasing tension and bringing in more vitality and freedom. In yoga we re-align the body which brings about a sense of balance and equilibrium, connecting us to the sacred geometry which is naturally there. Yoga can help us to feel peaceful and relaxed. The session finishes with Yoga Nidra which is the practise of deep relaxation and letting go.
Gladey has been teaching for 7 years at Bristol City Yoga, St. Werburghs Community Center, Breathe Bristol and various other places. She is a full time, fully qualified yoga teacher and loves her work!
